Gran Canaria's first restaurant to achieve a Michelin star (awarded 2009, retained for over a decade), located on a clifftop in Patalavaca with stunning views over the Atlantic Ocean. German chef Oliver Schön runs the kitchen with his Canarian wife Yulimar Silva managing front of house, creating a unique German-Canarian fusion. The tasting menu (€95–€130) changes seasonally and features dishes like smoked eel with apple and horseradish, Canarian black pig with sweet potato and mojo reduction, local fish with saffron foam, and spectacular desserts involving nitrogen and theatrical presentation. The terrace offers one of the most romantic dining settings on the island at sunset. Reservations essential, typically 3–4 weeks in advance. Open Wednesday–Sunday evenings; closed Monday and Tuesday. The restaurant is small (approximately 30 covers), ensuring an intimate dining experience. Multi-course tasting menus with wine pairing available. The restaurant has been a training ground for several other successful Canarian chefs.
