Tenerife Paragliding – Adeje / Taucho

One of Europe's premier paragliding locations. Taucho launch site sits at 800 m elevation above Costa Adeje with reliable thermal conditions year-round (300+ flyable days/year). Tandem flights with certified instructors (€100–130, 20–30 min) launch from Taucho and land on Playa de la Enramada. The views encompass Teide, the south coast, La Gomera, and on clear days, La Palma and El Hierro. Solo pilots must hold FAI/IPPI certification and insurance. The site is managed by the Federación Canaria de Deportes Aéreos. Best flight conditions: late morning to early afternoon. Multiple operators: Tenerife Paragliding, Club de Vuelo Libre, Airsports Tenerife. The annual Tenerife Paragliding Open runs each November.
