Sands Beach Active (Costa Teguise)

A dedicated sports and active lifestyle resort on Costa Teguise's beachfront, purpose-built for Ironman and triathlon training. Facilities include a 50 m Olympic outdoor pool, a fully equipped gym with free weights and cardio machines, functional training zone, spinning studio, paddle courts, tennis courts, and a beach volleyball court. The resort is the official base for Ironman Lanzarote training camps and hosts the annual Club La Santa Ironman 70.3 Lanzarote. The immediate outdoor swimming lagoon (natural seawater) is used for open-water swim training. Guided cycling tours and running groups depart daily. Day passes available for non-residents (~€25 gym + pool). Open daily 7:00 AM–9:00 PM. The resort's beachfront location allows ocean swimming directly from the property.
