Club La Santa – Sports Training Resort

One of the world's most famous active sports resorts, established 1983. Set on Lanzarote's north-west coast, the resort hosts over 30 sports activities weekly including: a 50 m Olympic outdoor pool, 25 m indoor pool, 400 m athletics track, road cycling routes, mountain biking, tennis and paddle courts, badminton, squash, full gym with Technogym equipment, group classes (Les Mills, spinning, yoga, Pilates, aqua fitness), boxing, and martial arts. Professional athletes regularly train here — the Danish Olympic swimming team, British Triathlon, and countless Ironman athletes use La Santa as a training base. The resort is also a major triathlon training camp destination for age-group athletes. Non-residents can purchase day passes (~€30) for full access to sports facilities. The Green Team organizes guided cycling tours of Lanzarote daily.
