Polideportivo Municipal San Sebastián de La Gomera

The main municipal sports centre of La Gomera's capital, operated by the Cabildo Insular de La Gomera. Facilities include a fully equipped fitness gym (free weights, machines, cardio), an indoor multi-sport court, outdoor football pitch, a 25 m outdoor swimming pool with designated lap lanes, a multi-purpose room for group classes (aerobics, yoga, Pilates), and extensive locker/changing facilities. The municipal pool is one of the few public swimming facilities on the island and is popular with visiting triathletes. Affordable rates (~€3 gym session, ~€2 pool entry). Open weekdays 8:00 AM–9:30 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM–2:00 PM. Located in the upper part of San Sebastián, near the bus station (Estación de Guaguas). The centre serves as the base for several local sports clubs and the annual La Gomera Marathon preparation.
