Tenerife South Airport (TFS)
Also known as Reina Sofía Airport, located in Granadilla de Abona. Handles over 11 million passengers annually, making it the airport with the most passenger traffic in the Canary Islands. Major hub for international flights, especially from the UK, Germany, Netherlands, and Scandinavia.
Tenerife North Airport (TFN)
Also called Los Rodeos Airport, located in San Cristóbal de La Laguna. Handles approximately 4.7 million passengers, predominantly inter-island and domestic Spanish flights. The airport that was involved in the 1977 Tenerife Airport disaster, though today it operates under the strictest international safety protocols.
