Anaga Rural Park
A UNESCO Biosphere Reserve covering 14,000 hectares in northeast Tenerife, one of Europe's oldest geological regions at 7–9 million years. Features ancient laurel forests (laurisilva) dating from the Tertiary period. The Chamorga to Faro de Anaga trail (PR-TF 6) is 8.5 km round trip, 450m elevation, medium difficulty. The Enchanted Forest trail (PR-TF 10, Sendero de los Sentidos) offers 3 routes from 350m to 1,200m for all levels.
