The Rubicón Marina area and new Montaña Roja developments command the highest prices. Popular with retirees and holiday home buyers from the UK, Ireland, and Germany. Quieter than Puerto del Carmen with more villa-style properties. Papagayo Arena and Timanfaya Palace areas have the best sea views.
