La Palma Airport (SPC)

Located 8 km south of Santa Cruz on the east coast, La Palma Airport handles approximately 1.4 million passengers annually. The airport serves domestic flights to Madrid, Barcelona, and inter-island connections via Binter Canarias and CanaryFly. International flights from Germany, the UK, Netherlands, and Scandinavia operate seasonally or weekly. Bus Line 500 connects the airport to Santa Cruz (€1.50, 15 min) and Los Llanos (€3.50, 45 min). Taxis to Santa Cruz: ~€12; to Los Llanos: ~€35. Car rental from Cicar and local operators available during flight hours. The terminal was renovated in 2011.
