Morro Jable
The main resort town of the Jandía Peninsula in southern Fuerteventura, situated on a hillside overlooking a 4 km sandy beach. Originally a fishing village, Morro Jable has become the island's largest resort area alongside Costa Calma. The town's long beach stretches to the neighbouring Jandía Playa and Esquinzo areas. The harbour operates ferries to Gran Canaria, Tenerife, and La Gomera. Morro Jable's old town retains traditional Canarian charm with narrow streets and local restaurants. The area is known for excellent year-round weather and direct access to the Jandía Natural Park.
